How do you book an event?
Fill out our booking request form on the contact page to request a booking. We will respond to your request within 24-48 hours.
Can we just rent the carts but no service?
At this time we only allow all inclusive options, for liability purposes.
How far do you travel?
We travel a 30 mile radius from Sacramento for our standard packages, but upon request can make farther travel accommodations with our custom package option.
Do you supply the alcohol?
We are a “dry bar” which means either you, your caterer, or your venue must provide the alcohol. However, we will work with you on creating an alcohol shopping list.
Do you have location set-up requirements?
Our carts need a flat surface of 6’x 8’ to be set up on. We require access to a 110 volt plug for our bar equiptment. If power is not available, we can provide a generator for an additional cost.
Do you provide insurance?
Yes! We carry general liability insurance to cover unforeseen events.
What's your booking & cancellation policy?
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining payment is due by the event date.
Refunds are provided if you cancel 90 days from your event date and 50% of the deposit if you cancel more than 60 days from your event. Since our seasons book in advance, it’s hard to fill late cancellations so, unfortunately, cancellations made within 60 days of your event will not be refunded.
What happens if my event gets rained out?
We can not accommodate cancellations due to rain. We will work with you to find the best available option to provide cover for the bar in the event of inclement weather.
